ImageHero.app provides browser-based image editing utilities, including a Clone Stamp and Transparency Maker. These tools process data locally on your device and do not store or upload your images to any server.
The ImageHero.app brand, code, and logo are the property of TPG Media. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the tools for personal or professional creative projects.
You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or "scrape" the functionality of our tools for unauthorized redistribution. You may not use the tools for any illegal purpose or to violate the rights of any third party.
The services provided by ImageHero.app are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall TPG Media or its owners be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the tools on ImageHero.app. Use of these tools is at your own risk.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
